최봉관 석사과정, ISGNSS 2018 'Second Winner' 수상

서울대학교 기계항공공학부 GNSS연구실(기창돈 교수)의 최봉관 석사과정이 2018년 11월 21-23일 인도네시아 발리에서 개최된 International Symposium on GNSS 2018(ISGNSS 2018)에서 “A New Method for Converting Slant Ionospheric Delays to Vertical  for SBAS Ionospheric Corrections”논문을 발표하고 Second Winner를 수상하였다.
