2016학년도 우수 박사학위 논문상 신청 안내
(Application Guideline for 2016 Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award)

1. 신청자격(Qualification)
- 기계항공공학부 박사과정 2016년 8월 및 2017년 2월 학위취득(예정)자
(Graduates(to-be) in Department of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering, August 2016 & February 2017)

2. 신청방법(Procedures)
- 2017. 1. 19.(목) 까지 (기간 연장)이메일 (jinnie@snu.ac.kr) 또는 학부 행정실 제출 (301동 117호)
(Deadline : January 12th, 2016. Please submit the required documents by E-mail (jinnie@snu.ac.kr) or to the department office (Bldg.#301, Rm.#117)

3. 제출서류(Required Documents)
- 신청서(Application Form) (붙임 1, 소정서식에 SCI급 논문 실적 모두 작성)
- 지도교수 의견서(Recommendation Letter of Advisor) (붙임 2, 지도교수 별 1인 추천)
- 「Published」논문 복사본 1부 또는「Accepted」,「Submitted」증빙서류 각 1부.
(A Copy of「Published」Article, Relevant materials that can prove「Accepted」,「Submitted」)
- 수상 증빙자료 각 1부(Award Records) 

4. 비고(Remarks)
- 선발기준 : SCI(E) 학술지에 출판 또는 승인된 논문, 개인별 대표논문에 대한 평가, Impact Factor, Eigenfactor Score, 피인용 횟수, 수상실적 평가, 학문분야별 평가 등
(Selection Criteria : Articles in SCI(E) Journals, IF & ES (2015), Award Records etc.)
- 제출서류 : 신청서(한글 파일), 지도교수의견서(사인완료), 증빙서류(논문 원문, 수상 증빙 등)

- 시상식 : 2017. 2. 24.(금)(2016학년도 전기 학위수여식일) 예정, 학부장실(301동 115호)
(Award Ceremony : Friday 24th, 2017 (on the date of Graduation Ceremony, Spring 2015.) / Chair Office (Bldg.#301, Rm.#115))
- 선발통보 : 수상자에게 1. 25.(수)경 이메일 및 문자로 통보 예정
(Winner will be notified by Wednesday 25th by E-mail & SMS (Mobile Phone))
