5. 내 용 :
The use of CFD in Gas Turbine Combustion Chamber Design with some real industrial and Aero Engine CC applications will be summarized.
1) Design of an Atmospheric Combustor Test Rig for Small Aero Engine Applications, ISABE2013, Busan
2) Reacting CFD Simulation Through a Small Turbojet Combustor with Pre-filming Air-Blast Atomizer, ISABE2013, Busan.
6. 연사약력 :
Dr Uslu is currently a lecturer at TOBB ETU, University of Economics and Technology, in the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Thermo-Fluid Sciences in Ankara-Turkey. Dr Uslu had his BSc and MSc degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Uludag University and Middle East Technical University in Turkey respectively. After his PhD at Imperial College (IC) of Science Technology and Medicine in 1993 he worked on a EC research project as a Postdoc at IC for 2 years. From 1995-2001 Dr Uslu worked in Engine Research Department as a 3D CFD and Combustion engineer at Daimler AG in Stuttgart Germany. Between 2001-08 he worked as a Combustion Chamber Development Engineer at MTU Aero Engine in Munich Germany. Dr Uslu joined TOBB ETU in 2008 and his main activities include CFD research in combustion systems as Gas Turbine Combustion Chamber and Internal Combustion Engines.
