[장학] 2022.2학기 SNU Global EDGE Fellowship 프로그램 선발 안내(Guidelines for SNU Global EDGE Scholarship for Fall 2022)

우리 대학 4단계 BK21 대학원혁신사업의 일환으로, 다양한 국가의 유수 인재를 양성하여 우리 대학의 우수한 연구인력풀을 확보하고 신규 유학 수요를 발굴하고자 합니다.
SNU Global EDGE Fellowship 프로그램 장학생을 아래와 모집한다고 하오니, 관심있는 학생은 지원하기 바랍니다. 

가. 지원자격 (동시 충족)
- 2022년 2학기 본교 박사과정 외국인 신입생(모집전형, 국적, 출신대학 등 제한없음),
  또는 기존 외국인 석박통합과정생 중 2022년 2학기 박사과정 진입생   ※ 휴학생 지원불가
- 4단계 BK21사업 선정 교육연구단(팀)이 설립된 학과(부) 소속 외국인 학생
- 2학기 기준 4단계 BK21사업 참여 외국인 대학원생(붙임 3 참조)

나. 지원내용: 등록금 전액 및 생활비 월 180만원 지급 (BK21사업 연구장학금을 포함한 타 장학금 중복수혜 불가)
※ 2022년 2학기 추가 선발의 경우 11월에 이루어짐에 따라 선발학생이 기납부한 등록금 환불처리 후 등록금 지급예정

다. 장학금 수혜 기간: 최대 2년 (수혜기간동안 BK21사업 참여대학원생 자격을 유지해야 함)

라. 선발인원: ○명

마. 지원방법 : 2022.10.11.(화) 오전 11시까지, 항공우주공학과 301동117호 학과사무실로 원본제출.

바. 제출서류
- 신청서 1부 [별도 서식]
- 졸업 및 성적 증명서 (학, 석사)
- 소속 대학(원) 지도교수 추천서 [별도 서식]
- BK참여 대학원생 확인서 [별도 서식]
- 참여연구원 확인서 (SRnD에서 출력 가능)

We are pleased to announce the call for the SNU Global EDGE Fellowship Program for Fall 2022.
Please read the details of the scholarship below carefully and apply within the designated period.

1. SNU Global EDGE Fellowship Program
As a part of Seoul National University’s “Brain Korea 21 Four Project”, this scholarship aims to attract and foster outstanding students regardless of their nationality and cultural background, creating a strong and vibrant intellectual community.

2. Eligible Applicants (must meet all the below requirements)
1) A newly admitted student to SNU as a Ph.D student for the Fall semester of 2022 or a student going
through a combined master’s and doctorate program at SNU, and beginning the doctorate program as of
September 2022.
2) A student whose major is a department that has a team/educational group sponsored by the “Brain Korea 21 Four Project”
3) A student who is currently participating in a research through the “Brain Korea 21 Four Project”
4 ) A student who doesn’t receive other SNU scholarships or any other scholarship through other Brain Korea 21 Four Projects

3. Scholarship Benefits
- Full tuition waiver
- Monthly stipend (KRW 1,800,000 monthly)

4. Scholarship Period (supported within the normative period)
- Maximum 4 semesters
▶The recipient must maintain an average grade point of 3.0/4.3 and above in order to sustain the scholarship.
▶The recipient must remain as a participant of the “BK21 Four Project” in order to sustain the scholarship.

5. Required Documents
- Application form (use attached form)
- Academic Transcript and Graduation Certificate (both Bachelor’s and Master’s)
- A recommendation letter from a professor from the applicant’s department at SNU
- BK 21 Four Project Research Participation Confirmation Documents (use attached form)

6. Deadline 
▣ Application period: 11am, Oct. 11, 2022 
▣ Procedure: Submit all Required Documents (Original hard copy documents) to the ME Administration Office (Bldg. 301 Rm. 116)

7. Interview: During October 2022 (only those who’ve passed the screening of documents will be contacted)
