[장학] Announcing the Selection of Scholars for the SNU President Fellowship(SPF) for the fall semester of the 2023
본교 교육 및 연구의 우수한 경험을 바탕으로 한국의 국제적 위상을 제고하고 국제협력강화에 기여하고자 다음과 같이 2023학년도 2학기 개도국 대학 교원 지원 프로그램(SNU President Fellowship, SPF)장학생을 선발합니다.
□ 2023학년도 후기 SPF 장학생 지원 자격 (동시 충족)
① 개발도상국 주요 대학 교원 중 박사학위 미소지자(아시아, 아프리카, 남미 교원 우선선발)
② 2023학년도 후기 글로벌인재특별전형 대학원 과정 온라인 지원 접수를 이상 없이 마친 자
③ 2023학년도 후기 서울대학교 박사 학위과정에 지원하여 최종 합격된 자 (해당자만 2차 면접심사 가능)
※ 해당 장학 프로그램에서의 교원의 자격 범위 및 상세한 교원의 자격 요건은 붙임 계획안 참조
□ 지원내용
등록금 전액, 생활비, 왕복항공료, 한국어 교육비, 건강보험료, 자녀보육료 등
□ 지원방법
글로벌인재특별전형 대학원 온라인 지원 접수와 동시에 온라인 SPF 장학신청 → 지원자가 신청서류 국제협력본부로 제출 → 1차(서류) 심사 → 글로벌인재특별전형 대학원 합격발표 → 2차(면접)심사 → SPF 장학생 최종 선발

□ SPF 지원자 제출서류
① SNU President Fellowship Program 신청서 (수학계획서 포함)
② 대학 교원 재직증명서(대학명, 대표자, 소재지, 근무부서, 직급, 재직기간 포함)
③ 성적 및 졸업(예정)증명서(학, 석사 모두 제출)
④ 교원으로 근무한 대학의 학과장, 학장 혹은 총장 추천서
⑤ 현재 소속된 대학의 학장 혹은 총장 추천서 (가산점 부여)
※ 국제협력본부에 이메일(PDF파일) 접수 및 원본서류 우편접수 필수

In order to enhance Korea's international profile and contribute to strengthening international cooperation based our excellent experience in education and research, we are pleased to announce the following scholars for the SNU Presidential Fellowship (SPF) for the second semester of the 2023 academic year.
□ Eligibility for the SPF Scholarship for the fall semester of 2023 (concurrent)
1. Faculty members from major universities in developing countries who do not hold a doctoral degree (priority given to faculty members from Asia, Africa, and South America)
2. Completed theline application process for the International Admission Graduate Program in fall 2023 without any problems.
3. Applicants who have applied for and been accepted into a doctoral program at Seoul National University in fall 2023 (only eligible for a second interview)

□ Support includes
full tuition, living expenses, round-trip airfare, Korean language training, health insurance, childcare, etc.
□ How to Apply
Apply for the SPF Scholarshipline at the same time as applying for the Internatinal Admission Graduate Schoolline → Applicant submits application documents to the International Cooperation Division → First round (document screening) → Announcement of admission to the Global Talent Special Admission Graduate School → Second round (interview) → Final selection of SPF Scholars

□ Documents to be submitted by SPF applicants
1. SNU Presidential Fellowship Program application form (including study plan)
2. University faculty employment certificate (including university name, representative, location, department, rank, and tenure)
3. Grades and graduation (expected) certificate (submit both bachelor's and master's)
4. A letter of recommendation from the department chair, dean, or president of the university where you worked as a faculty member.
5. A letter of recommendation from the dean or president of your current university (extra credit)
*Email (PDF file) to the International Cooperation Center and mailing of original documents is required.
